AUSTIN – July 1, 2019- Daniel, a leading Sunbelt real estate development, management and investment firms, announced today they are beginning construction on a 264-unit luxury apartment community located near McKinney Falls State Park, south of downtown Austin. Additionally, Daniel has successfully completed the sale of Brezza, a 330-unit luxury apartment project located just off I-35 in south Austin.
Located off of William Cannon Drive and adjacent to McKinney Falls State Park, Daniel’s newest Austin projectwill boast luxury interiors including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 9- and 10-foot ceiling heights, and more. Community amenities will include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, state-of-the art fitness center, an outdoor fireplace, a large lawn and meadow green space providing a vista to the downtown skyline, as well as a private wooded trail to a creek overlook. This project will be one of the first multi-family communities in an area that has seen tremendous growth in single-family homes, with over 2,000 homes being built in the past couple of years.

This apartment community will be Daniel’s second apartment community to develop in Austin. The company developed Brezza in 2017 and sold the property in June 2019. Daniel developed Brezza in partnership with CNL. The new apartment community will also be developed in partnership with CNL.
Daniel expects for the property to deliver in late 2020.
