Pat is responsible for the management of Daniel’s commercial development activities throughout Alabama. He joined Daniel in 1986 and has served as Senior Vice President Asset Management and as Regional Director.

Prior to joining Daniel, Pat was a Vice President with Brentwood Properties. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He holds an Alabama real estate broker's license and serves as Broker of Record for Daniel Realty Services.

Pat's current professional and civic associations include: Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Local and National Chapters, Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Board of Realtors, Local and National Advisory Committee, Commercial Property Directory.
