Charlie began his tenure with the company in 1972, working as Controller in the accounting group. He advanced quickly through the ranks and became President in 1985. Charlie then led a senior management buyout of the real estate subsidiary from Fluor Corporation. Daniel has remained a privately held firm since 1986.
