Upon joining Daniel in 2002 as Director of Acquisitions, Steve was charged with creating opportunities for Daniel in new markets. Steve moved from Birmingham to start Daniel's Atlanta office in 2004 and oversees Daniel’s development, leasing, sales, construction and marketing efforts in Atlanta.

Since that time, Steve has sourced and completed over $250 million of mixed-use urban development with an additional $500 million worth of development under construction. Daniel now boasts an additional $2 billion of commercial office, hospitality, residential and retail projects in the Atlanta pipeline.

The second phase of 12th & Midtown is under construction and features 725,000 square feet of Class A office space, a AAA rated four and a half diamond hotel and conference center, flagship retail and luxury high-rise residential. 12th & Midtown is a multi-phase urban development in Midtown Atlanta featuring a variety of mixed-use projects.

A graduate of Auburn University, Steve served as a planning and development consultant for several southeastern companies before joining Daniel. His professional and civic associations include: National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Atlanta Apartment Association, and he also serves on the Board of Directors for Midtown Alliance.
