We manage a wide range of properties, including downtown office buildings, apartment communities and senior-living facilities. Each property’s operation is tailored to meet the owner’s financial and operational objectives.

Daniel’s property management professionals strive to balance customer satisfaction with maximum profitability for each project. Daniel’s designation as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) by the Institute of Real Estate Management is recognition of Daniel’s high standards of education, experience, ability, integrity and fiscal responsibility. Members of our management group hold such designations as Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA).

An on-site staff is assigned to each property, with consistent management and leasing practices adapted to local environments. Each property is tied online to Daniel’s data processing and accounting group, which compiles and reviews property information, maintenance planning, scheduling and historical building system data. Daniel uses an array of state-of-the-art technology to provide accounting, leasing and management services.

All on-site management and maintenance personnel are Daniel employees with oversight by regional property management staff and home office personnel. Daniel employs maintenance specialists in HVAC, plumbing, and roofing maintenance, which provides cost efficiency, quality control and a broader, more reliable result.
