Somerby of West Mobile, a New Senior Living Community

Daniel Corporation announces Somerby of West Mobile, a senior living residential community to be located in Mobile, Alabama. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall. Daniel Corporation purchased 40.15 acres to be developed as a senior living community similar to Somerby at University Park in Birmingham and Somerby at Jones Farm in Huntsville, Alabama. An additional 130 acres have been optioned for future development. The mixed use plan will include garden homes, attached villas, independent living apartments and assisted living apartments in a senior residential campus setting that includes fitness, recreational, social and dining facilities. Daniel's plans also include the construction of a new access road to the initial senior living site.
