DANIEL CORP’S DEVELOPMENT TEAM EXPANDS, BUILDS FOR FUTURE

ATLANTA (May 16, 2008)—Daniel Corporation announces the hiring of two senior members of its real estate team. The additions of John Zintak and Rick Amon continue the momentum the developer has created in Atlanta.

Zintak joins Daniel Corp. as vice president of commercial leasing and development. He will oversee the Atlanta commercial leasing division, including all of the division’s leasing and marketing activities. Zintak’s duties will also include working with Daniel Corp.’s development group evaluating and facilitating future growth and expansion opportunities in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

The position at Daniel will allow Zintak to focus his previous experience establishing team objectives for the leasing and marketing of Daniel’s recently expanded assignments and to also become a key part of Daniel’s development team.

Zintak brings to Daniel Corp. approximately 20 years of experience leasing office space. Most recently, he directed leasing activities for Carter.

Amon, a Certified Property Manager who has 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, will join Daniel Corp. as regional director. His responsibilities will include oversight of the general administration functions and physical operations of all Atlanta area properties.

Most recently serving as the regional vice president at Harbor Group Management where he was responsible for a portfolio of 3 million square feet of office space, Amon has also worked with Cousins Properties, PM Realty Group and the Coca-Cola Co.

“I anticipate expanding my base of already strong partnerships and developing well-trained property management teams,” Amon said. “From my experience, these two principles have always ensured success in achieving ownership’s goals and objectives.”

He will provide direction and implement the policies and procedures of Daniel Realty Services, the management & leasing subsidiary of Daniel Corp., ensuring each property is managed to a consistent standard. Amon will be in charge of employing managers and ensuring that Daniel Realty Services provides them with training, personnel, equipment and policies to carry out their responsibilities.

Zintak will begin his role at Daniel Corp. on June 16. Amon will start on May 19.
