As Vice President, Residential Sales & Marketing, Daniel Homes, LLC, Margi Ingram oversees the real estate sales and marketing of new residential communities in the Birmingham area. She has thirty years of experience in the sale and marketing of residential properties, specializing in new home communities. Margi independently owned and operated Ingram and Associates, prior to its merger with Daniel Homes, L.L.C. Margi's accreditations include Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP); Member Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM); Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Marketing Professional (CMP). Honorary achievements include Top Fund Raiser for UCP (16 years); Alabama Power - Alabama Realtor of the Year; Birmingham Business Journal - Business Woman of the Year; Birmingham Association of Realtors - Realtor of the Year. Margi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
