Larry Stephens

As Vice President, Development, Larry is responsible for managing design and construction issues. He also manages project budgets, schedules, timely project delivery, completion of punch lists and warranty issues to insure a smooth turnover of a new development. Larry Stephens joined Daniel Corporation in 2004 as Development Manager. Prior to joining Daniel, Larry held management positions in the development and construction of student housing facilities and Class A apartment communities; also, construction of office, retail, church, hotel, recreational/entertaining and healthcare facilities in the Southeast. Larry received a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction from Georgia Institute of Technology. His current professional and civic associations include: National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Atlanta Apartment Association
