Lang Tarrant joined Daniel in early 2008 as Vice President with the companies Florida regional office. Working with John Carey, President of Daniel’s Florida operation, Lang is involved with the execution and management of existing commercial and multi-family developments as well as sourcing new real estate opportunities for Daniel primarily in the North Florida region. Lang joined Daniel from Steinemann and Company where since 2003 he served as Vice President of marketing. In this role he was primarily involved in the sales, leasing, and development of all Steinemann projects as well as the representation of third party users and investors. Prior to Steinemann and Company, Tarrant was an associate with CB Richard Ellis in Jacksonville, Florida from 1997 through 2002 focusing on office properties, representing owners, investors, and users primarily in the North Florida region. In 2002 Lang achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and in 2006 was selected to become a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Lang is also a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and was selected to be a member of the Small Scale Development National Council in 2006.
