Kevin Jaquess joined Daniel as Manager of Office Leasing in Birmingham in 2008. Kevin working alongside Jerry Grant focuses on the marketing and leasing of Daniel’s 2 million square feet of Class A office space in the Birmingham market. Kevin has over sixteen years of experience in the real estate industry that includes acquisitions, land sales, site selection, landlord and tenant representation, and retail development. Jaquess has worked with several Birmingham area real estate companies including Colonial Properties, AIG Baker and Brookmont. Kevin graduated in 1991 with a degree in Finance from Auburn University. Kevin holds a CCIM designation and an Alabama real estate license and is an active member of NAIOP and the Alabama CCIM chapter.
