John joined Daniel in the Fall of 2007. As president of the Florida market, John will oversee all acquisition and development projects across the state. John's development career spans over 25 years. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, John has a CPA designation. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Florida. John's current professional and civic associations include: National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Urban Land Institute (ULI) Board of the Jacksonville YMCA
