Doug Guedry

As Vice President, Leasing, Doug Guedry is responsible for the oversight of office leasing for Daniel's Atlanta developments. Doug is also responsible for all leasing activities associated with new development, particularly Daniel's properties in Midtown Atlanta. Prior to joining Daniel, Doug was Director of Leasing for Gateway Development where he oversaw leasing activities at Centergy One. Centergy One, currently 100% leased, is the 487,000 square foot cornerstone of the highly successful Technology Square, a joint venture with Georgia Tech. Prior to his position with Gateway, Doug was a First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis for more than 19 years. Doug received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia, specializing in Real Estate. His current professional and civic associations include: Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors University of Georgia Alumni Association Midtown Leadership Program Alumni
