Donny Grundhoefer

As Vice President, Asset Manager, Donny is responsible for creating and enhancing the value of existing assets and working with the development and acquisition of new assets. Donny also oversees all financial analysis and feasibility projections. Donny joined Daniel in 1995 as Vice President, Investments and was responsible for financial analysis of investments, development feasibility, acquisitions, dispositions, and leases. Since beginning his real estate career in 1986, his experience has encompassed financial, accounting and asset management activities for two national real estate firms and a regional office and retail A Certified Public Accountant, Donny holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Birmingham-Southern College in accounting and business administration. His current professional and civic associations include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP)
