Chris Schmidt
VP of Commercial Land Sales
Chris oversees and executes the marketing and sale of Daniel’s commercial land holdings. Having joined Daniel in October of 2007, Chris most recently was engaged as Vice President of sales and corporate compliance for a Southeastern regional wholesale lender. Chris holds a real estate brokers license and has over 10 years experience in commercial brokerage and tenant representation. Chris holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama and also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Birmingham School of Law. Chris is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the International Council of Shopping Centers and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2007.
