Chris McDuff
Vice President Operations
As Vice President - Operations, Chris oversees the leasing and management operations of all Daniel properties which includes more than 3 million square feet of office, 700 apartment and condominium units, and six owners associations with more than 500 acres of land. Chris joined Daniel in 2004 as Regional Director and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2005. Prior to joining Daniel, McDuff worked with Harbert Realty Services and Colonial Properties Trust. He attended Daytona Beach Community College and is a veteran of the United States Navy and Army Reserve. Chris is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and licensed Alabama Real Estate Salesperson. His current professional and civic associations include: Past President - Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Birmingham, Member - Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, Board of Directors / Member - BOMA Southern Region, Member Finance Committee - BOMA International, Member / CPM - Institute of Real Estate Management, Member / CCIM Candidate - CCIM Institute, CMCA / AMS Member - Community Associations Institute, Member - NAIOP, 2005 & 2007 Member of the Year - BOMA Birmingham, Institute Affiliate Member - Alabama Association of Realtors, Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 – Class of 2007.
